ERI maintains a network of over 3,800 collection sites nationwide which include municipalities, local solid waste districts, retailer stores, non-profits, special collection events and local private collectors. Our team works to ensure that only program eligible material from program eligible entities (e.g., consumers, small businesses, etc.) are being collected and recycled under a manufacturer program.
Manufacturers are provided access to the data on ERI’s collection network in order to comply with all education requirements within a state.
Since some states have registration and reporting requirements for collectors, ERI ensure in these states that our network for collectors is compliant with all laws and support collection network by assisting with registration and reporting.
